We continue to witness worrying developments in this trial. For instance past or current house staff and many members of the party are still under pressure to testify against the party leader.The content of their testimonies is still in the making: grenades attacks, terrorist meetings at home, etc, ...
In the meantime, reliable information confirm that the government is dispatching a strong propaganda mission in Europe and America in order to justify the incarceration of opposition leaders for terrorist acts, genocide ideology, divisionnism and other politically motivated charges. This shows that the government of Paul KAGAME already knows the outcome of the trial because it is preparing the opinion for a long prison term for Mrs. Victoire INGABIRE. To the RPF government this court process is just a show, a parody. The majority of government agents, members of parliament, members of the judiciary, judges are still proud members of the ruling party or have sworn allegiance to the political body until their last breath. A very ironic situation for the independence of justice while the staff is likely politicised.

El Tribunal Supremo de Kigali ha postpuesto la audiencia para apelar la libertad bajo fianza al próximo lunes. El Tribunal ordenó a la defensa de revelar al público la identidad de la defensa internacional de la Presidencia FDU Inkingi, la Sra. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza.
Estamos siendo testigos de una evolución preocupante en este juicio. Por ejemplo, personal interno actual y anterior están bajo presión para declarar contra Victoire. parte de sus testimonios se basan en: ataques con granadas, reuniones con terroristas en su casa, etc, ...
Mientras tanto, información fiable confirma que el gobierno está haciendo campaña en Europa y América para justificar el encarcelamiento de dirigentes de la oposición por actos terroristas, la ideología de genocidio, divisioninism y otros cargos por motivos políticos. Esto demuestra que el gobierno de Paul Kagame, ya conoce el resultado del juicio, ya que está preparando la opinión publica para u n largo período en prisión para la Sra. Victoire Ingabire.
Para el gobierno del FPR este proceso judicial es sólo un espectáculo, una parodia. La mayoría de los agentes del gobierno, parlamentarios, miembros del poder judicial, los jueces son miembros del partido gobernante y han jurado lealtad a la entidad política. Una situación irónica de independencia de la justicia ya que los jueces estàn politizados.

TODAY IS HER 19TH DAY IN DETENTION.
The Kigali High Court has just postponed the appeal bail hearing to next Monday. The Court ordered the defense to reveal to the public the identity of the international defense counsel of the FDU INKINGI Chair, Mrs. Victoire INGABIRE UMUHOZA.
